Returns Policy

At 1 Up Collective, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You can return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

Non-returnable items:

• Final Sale items
• Gift cards
• Mystery clothing items
  

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can do so within 30 days of purchase.
